Formerly a Flagship Manager & and self-admitted People Pleaser for a big printing & shipping company; Joe is a rockstar at controlling the chaos, making sure customers are happy & getting the job done right. From vinyl to paperbacks, Joe is kind of old school (I bet hes even got a Trapper Keeper hidden somewhere) & once you get to know him you feel that small town, approachable vibe.
