Hello! I'm excited to help you with the new chapter before you. It's humbling to play a small role in the process of finding the right home where you will make lifelong memories.maybe this home will be where you come home as newlyweds - or see your child takes his/her 1st steps take their prom pictures have your morning coffee or where you retire with the love of your life.

Whether you're looking to buy or sell, I value the opportunity to work with you. Any agent can send you listings for homes, but I work hard to ask the right questions to learn what you are looking for. My expertise really begins once you have a contract. Knowing how to help you write a competitive offer, being a fierce negotiator, and working tirelessly on your behalf - and I will always have your best interest at heart. If there's a will there's a way, and I love to find creative solutions to accomplish what my clients need.

I grew up outside Chicago and have lived in the Springfield area since 1999. I graduated from Kickapoo High School and then Missouri State University (aka SMSU). My first "real job" was the Area Recruiting Director where I staffed a site selling 100+ million annually. In 2008, I started a 501c3 nonprofit organization called the Killuminati Foundation which provides financial veterinary assistance to families/dogs throughout Missouri for nonroutine care. We have saved nearly 1,000 dogs and helped as many families throughout the state since our 08 inception.

Now the important stuff haha. Currently I have one 15 year old dog named JaydaBug who is my Shepherd/Sharpei mix that charms everyone. She had a stroke in April 2022 where she didnt stand/walk for 10 days. While she has some quirks post-stroke, Im soaking up every moment I can while I can. I'm a die hard Chicago Bears fan! Which is more difficult some seasons vs others - ugh. (My first dog, Payton who passed away from Cancer was named for Walter Payton. I also lost Halas in 2018.) I love to travel to new countries and experience different cultures. I have a lengthy bucket list that includes a stand up comedy show sub-list. Architectural Salvage is another love of mine where I can create repurposing projects to use something that would have been throw in the trash and giving it new life. (Turning an old conveyor belt into a light in my entry is one of my favorites!)
