Cheryl has a long history with real estate in St. Louis, Missouri. Growing up with a father in real estate business since 1978, real estate became an everyday part of her life. She started out managing his rental property and hunting investment opportunities.
Currently, Cheryl is the Broker/owner of a boutique real estate brokerage specializing in condominium sales in the St. Louis Metro area, specializing in a niche market allows Cheryl to provide her clients with extra insights. She has successfully sold a wide variety of condos, prices ranging from 65,000 to 1.6 million.
A member of the Missouri Association of REALTORS and the St. Louis Association of REALTORS, she has been a licensed Missouri real estate agent since 1988 and a licensed Missouri real estate broker since 1998.
She has expertise in providing 5 STAR buyer & seller representation. Although condominiums are her main focus, she has assisted her clients in purchasing single-family houses as well.
A life-long resident of St. Louis, one of her favorite hobbies is to seek out new restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and bakeries in the dozens of unique neighborhoods that St. Louis metro area has to offer. Exploring her home town like a tourist allows her to share her love of St. Louis and Clayton with others.
Outside of real estate, she is teaching herself Italian...a slow process. Sharing her love for travel and exploring with her two nieces is a high priority.
Cheryl specializes in condominium sales, first time buyers and single family homes transactions.
