I was born and raised in Quincy IL and have been actively involved in real estate sales in Illinois since 2007. I received my Missouri salesperson license in July of 2015. I joined the Happel Team in 2017, and look forward to continuing to help my clients on the road to home.

I have a BS in Integrated Supply Chain and Operations Management and spent 15 years in Corporate American as a buyer for various companies negotiating pricing and contracts daily. I use this experience to negotiate the optimal position for my clients in every transaction. I am a multi-million dollar seller with experience in sales, rentals (I have 8 of my own in 2 states), and rehab. I left my 9-5 career to be able to concentrate on providing my real estate clients with the highest level of service possible. Through my years of experience in the industry I have made many valuable contacts from inspectors to contractors that offer my clients the most knowledgeable resources for advice in every aspect of the home buying process. I am customer focused and success driven and strive to provide my clients with a positive and seamless transaction from start to finish. Buying a home is such a personal process that I like to think you start out as my client and end as my friend. I would love to help you on your road to home and look forward to the exciting opportunities to come!
