My favorite things about real estate are meeting new people and listening to their goals for their next home or investment, and then making the match. If I have to be creative in finding the right property or getting the best price and value, it's even more fun for me. I love the ups and downs of a real estate transaction and my clients appreciate my relaxed demeanor when it comes to challenges that arise. I believe there is an answer for everything and don't rule any possibility out. There is never a cut and dry real estate transaction, so creativity has been my greatest tool so far. My husband and I have renovated every home we have purchased and always sold for profit. My eye for design and passion for potential is a huge benefit for my clients when it comes to finding their new favorite place.
