From an early age, I could be found on homesites, at title companies, and filing papers in my dad's office. I would beg for my mother to take me to display homes on the weekend, and knew very early on that real estate was my calling.
At the University of Dayton, I double majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Through my entrepreneurship program, I had the ability to form a small business with classmates, purchase a distressed home, renovate and sell.
After graduating, I began my real estate career with a national homebuilder, Ryan Homes. I completed their extensive training and development program and excelled at selling properties to buyers of all price-points. From the initial point of contact to the closing table, I walked the buyers through blueprints, interior design choices, financing options and the construction process.
In 2007, I moved back to my hometown of St. Louis to start my own real estate development company. During this time, I have purchased, renovated and sold over a dozen properties, assisted many buyers and sellers in the real estate process, and consulted for local residential and commercial real estate companies.
Hayley specializes in first time home buyers, government assistance programs, move up buyers, rehab loans, down payment assistance, financing, investment and staging transactions.
