Carrie has been involved in Real Estate all her life! She comes from a family of Builders and Developers, so Real Estate was a natural choice. For 19 years she has worked in Real Estate, starting as an administrative assistant at a local Real Estate Company, primarily focusing in New Homes and New Home Developments. She continued on to work as the contract manager and then as a full time New Homes Agent. She has assisted numerous homeowners as well as marketed and operated several New Home subdivisions. She enjoys working with clients to help them find their new home. Working in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry has given Carrie the knowledge to fully inform her clients in the Selling and Purchase of their dream home. In addition to working in New Homes, Carrie is experienced in the Resale market as well. In 2015 she formed The Hyer Group, a Sales Team with Keller Williams. She works hand in hand with other agents to make sure the entire process is a smooth one. Real Estate is a true passion for Carrie and she is always available to answer questions about the current market trends.
Carrie lives in Olathe and has 2 daughters ages 8 and 12. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, going to the lake and being outdoors.
