Always approachable, practical and knowledgeable, Fran Berger is especially attuned to the Clayton and Central West End Condominium market. Serving on the committees in her development, Fran is very familiar with highrise and villa products as well single family homes all over the central corridor.

A long term local resident, Fran has practiced for years in her community as she began her life living in Clayton, then Ladue and after attending George Washington University back to the Creve Coeur area before living in Birmingham Alabama and then Clayton once more!

Prior to becoming a real estate agent 30 years ago, Fran had a well-established interior designer career and her skills were applied to both commercial and residential projects. Her customers marvel at her ability to evaluate space and place furniture, make recommendations and artfully describe the architecture and character of each listing. No one knows more about style than Fran!

In her spare time (whatever that might be!) Fran loves to circulate among friends, read historical fiction, listen to great music and visit her adorable grand-daughter in Chicago. Walking is a favorite pastime as you can often spot her tooling around her neighborhood for exercise and pleasure!

Fran specializes in buyers, estates, relocation and sellers transactions.
