Carrie Benitone has a professional background and education in Real Estate. She obtained her undergraduate BA in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University. Her initial career path took her to NY to work with Merrill Lynch on the credit derivatives desk. She moved back to her home town, Memphis, to trade mortgage back securities and then worked with a private firm that created a technology that converted loan packages to data to expedite the underwriting and purchasing of loan packages. In 2009, Carrie left the corporate world to become a residential real estate agent. In the 14 years of selling homes, she has represented buyers and sellers in over 250 million dollars in home transactions ranging in prices of twenty five thousand dollars to three million and seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars. Her relationships are the most critical to her career and she strives to provide professional and analytical guidance along the entire process. She is a great resource of real estate knowledge in the Memphis area. She is the final courses to obtain a Master in Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
