While working as the director of Laurel Main Street in 2010, Jacqueline obtained her real estate license as a way to be better educated on the selling and leasing of commercial property. Downtown Laurel Mississippi was at the beginning stages of revitalization and slowly but surely, new investors began to choose the historical district to open their business doors. It was an exciting way to learn (quickly!) about the market.
She took this experience with her the following year when she returned to Hattiesburg (home to her alma mater, Southern Miss). She began consulting for the Mississippi Main Street Association and some of its member organizations, with a special focus on events planning and marketing to the millennial audience.
In 2015, Jackie joined Prudential Ann Prewitt in Hattiesburg an office with just three agents at the time. Three months later, the company became Berkshire Hathaway Home Services | Ann Prewitt Southern Realty and a phenomenal team was born. In the next year, the team grew to nearly 20 agents and Jackie was thrilled to be a part of such a dynamic group.
In February of 2017, she flew to Europe with her boyfriend, where he took her to a gorgeous historic library in the heart of Rome and proposed. A month later, she moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and began working as a full-time REALTOR with BHHS Ann Prewitt GulfCoast Realty. Four months and one heck of a wedding party later, Jacqueline Lee became Jacqueline Ready. Thanks to the sun, the sand and a very supportive husband, her transition to the coast has been smooth sailing. In January of 2020, she took the role of Managing Broker at BHHS Ann Prewitt GulfCoast Realty, and in September 2021, she purchased the coast office and opened as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Panoramic Properties. She is humbled to lead a talented and experienced team of agents who love to serve.
