He takes a business approach to his real estate practice, as he spent 27 years in executive management positions with companies including Wal-Mart, and Home Depot as well as serving as CEO of other retail companies.
Tom has achieved the highly coveted Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the Realtor Land Institute in November of 2006, which makes him one of the few Realtors in the Southeast U.S. holding this designation and qualifying him to assist you with all of your land needs. He specializes in recreational tracts, timber investment, commercial investment properties and 1031 Tax Free Exchanges. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, boating and golf.
