I grew up in Golden, Mississippi, where I helped my parents run our family-owned grocery store. After graduating from Belmont High School and the University of North Alabama (1984), I moved to Tupelo and this great city has been my home since then. As owner of Yummy Yogurt Caf for many years, I gained valuable experience in public relations, as well as what it takes to successfully run a small business in todays world.
In 2012 after working in real estate for several years, I joined the Jason Warren Team as a listing agent. In that role I work directly with our clients who are selling their homes from the very beginning of the process until we are sitting at the closing table.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Mississippi Association of Realtors, the Northeast Mississippi Association of Realtors, and past chairman of the Local Board & MLS committee. I am also a Certified Relocation Associate, a Certified Real Estate Professional Loss Mitigation Specialist and have received the Sterling Society Award.
I am married to Dr. Billy Walton, a family doctor here in Tupelo, and have one daughter, Lauren, who practices law in Jackson, MS.
