Joyce Holifield grew up in Decatur and has lived in Newton County most of her life. She is a graduate of East Central Community College. After spending most of her career in the insurance and finance professions, she is excited about the opportunity to work with real estate clients. Financing and insurance are critical aspects of all real estate decisions. My depth of knowledge in these areas will benefit our clients in their decision making process. Joyce has also worked as Executive Director of the Union Chamber of Commerce and in 2013, she revitalized the towns long-standing arts & crafts festival, Country Day. When I worked with the Chamber, I realized that Union and Newton County have unique qualities that draw people to the area. I was able to leverage Facebook and other social media to promote the event, which was a great success. We utilize multiple tools, including social media, to promote our clients properties. We see a real need for the services of Joyce Holifield Realty in the area. Union and Newton County have the highest rated schools in our area, and people want to live in these school districts.
