Born and raised on a farm in North Dakota graduated from high school and moved to Nebraska accepting a position with Northwestern Bell Telephone Company. Attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and graduated from Devry Electronics Institute. While employed with the telephone company I was promoted to PBX Design Engineer and obtained a Top Secret government clearance authorizing me to work directly with the Air Force underground Command post in Omaha, Nebraska.
I received my first real estate license in 1968 from the state of Nebraska. My career led me to the Boulder, Colorado, with a successful real estate business that grew into owning my own company, then companies in Colorado and Wyoming. After 10 successful years in the business, I decided to expand my career and accepted a position as Director of Business Development within an electronics company in the Seattle area. After extensive traveling throughout the United States and getting married, it was time to live a simpler life, therefore moving to a small town mountain town east of Seattle and continuing my career in real estate.
Now ten years later it is again time for new goals. In 2008 my wife, Susan and I purchased a home in Lewistown with the dream to live full time in Montana. In 2010 this dream became a reality.
Lewistown is the perfect place for me to settle as it allows me to enjoy hunting, fishing, archery, amateur radio (N7ZNV) and snowmobiling.
I obtained my Montana Real Estate Brokers license in 2009 and now have held Brokers licenses in Colorado, Wyoming, Washington, and Montana.. Additionally I am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute.
Using my electronics background has given me the ability to expand and offer internet marketing to my clients, webcams, personal web site, and high level of expertise required to market real estate in these progressive times.
