David DiMarcos innovative perspectives on real estate and finance set him apart in the ever evolving housing market. Negotiating a multi-family commercial property exchange in 1984 earmarked the beginning of his illustrious real estate career which has now spanned three decades and includes his immersion into the luxury homes market.
DiMarcos wide-ranging expertise in contract negotiation, leverage, cap rates, and discounted notes and mortgages led to great success in property investing including distressed homes, apartments and mobile home communities. He began actively purchasing foreclosures and trustee sale properties in Las Vegas and Henderson in 1994 upon selecting Henderson as the ideal place to raise a family alongside wife, Sandi DiMarco. Using inventive win-win solutions, he successfully renegotiated and closed quantities of unlikely transactions which fostered his growing interest in Nevada real estate.
Upon becoming a licensed agent in 1994, David flourished during his time with Century 21,
continually earning their prestigious Centurion Award. This commendable distinction recognizes the small percentage of associates attaining benchmark achievements in sales. Additionally, the title of Director of Prestigious Homes Division was bestowed on David during his history with the company.
