Kathi has her roots in Montana!
As a 3rd generation Montanan, she grew up traveling the world as an Army Brat returning home to Bozeman in 1980. Its a long standing joke that in spite of how large Montana is, when someone finds out you are from Montana they ask if you know so-and-sowell, Kathi just might.
She graduated from Montana State University in Computer Science and worked the aerospace industry, eventually becoming part-owner and manager of her own small engineering company in Bozeman. With this comes the understanding of the importance of customer service, get-er-done attitude, and do it right the first time.
Kathi got her start in real estate as an agent for her father's real estate company, High Country Realty. She has no problem living up to his reputation as the most honest agent Ive worked with. It warms her heart that when long-time agents and his past clients recognize her last name, they all have the same kind words to say.
Kathi has a knack for picking good investment properties, very analytical, and understands both the Buyers and Sellers side and the Renters and Owners side. She, herself, has investment properties and is constantly keeping her eye out for the next one.
Getting what her client wants is the priority and negotiation skills and creative thinking is a must.
