Marie Barth has over 40 years of experience in the real estate business. She is licensed in Washington State with Red Moon Realty and licensed in Montana with Kelly Right Real Estate of Montana. Her expertise focuses on high-end closings as well as residential sales transactions, raw land and commercial. Assisting first time home buyers to clients selling to scale down. Barth is dedicated to making a difference in the Community. She has served as President of the Washington State Chapter of Women's Council of Realtors, served on the Board of Directors for Clover Park Rotary and Lakewood United as well as the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors. In 2012, Barth was elected and served City Council member for the City of Lakewood a four year term, she was overwhelmingly re-elected for a second four year term in 2015. In addition to having passion and dedication for her real estate profession, , Barth approaches life and business with energy and professionalism. She believes a caring heart and a strong work ethic are essential to success, as well as demonstrating concern for clients and commitment to helping others. Barth spends much of her free time with family (she and Bruce have been married 50+ years) and friends. Barth also enjoys swimming, boating, theater and motorcycling and her Doberman pups.
