Shawn was drawn to real estate through the experiences she experienced when selling her own property, moreover, when NOT selling her own property. Shawn and her husband owned a ranch property that had been marketed by three firms over three years, and only had 6 showings in those three years. Shawn took over the marketing ultimately selling her own ranch property and sold it within six months. She was hooked on real estate at that point. Shawn was Rookie of the Year in 2009, has received performance awards every year since she was licensed, except one, in one of the most difficult recession time for a realtor to go into business. She was the Cover Featured Agent in Top Agent Magazine in March 2015, and Top Producing Agent without ReMax Realty Group in 2018. She has a number of acronyms representing designations/certifications and specialized training to assist her clients and continually takes training on social media and online marketing to help her clients get the most bang for their buck marketing wise. Shawn also belongs to several local and civic organizations, is working on a local online business directory, and believes strongly about giving back to the community. Shawn strives to provide her clients with unsurpassed customer service, which her clients can attest to, providing solutions regardless of any commission attached, always striving to go the extra mile for her clients.
