I am a serial entrepreneur that has an extensive business and ranching background. I am a rancher myself and have seen the dramatic value and incredible memories that can be built by caring for and improving land.
Families that spend time on a Montana ranch have a unique opportunity to bond and unplug from city life. I know because I escaped 8 million of my closest friends in Dallas 7 years ago.
I joined Venture West Ranches as a Partner in 2016 and am a Part Time Professor in the business school at Montana State University. I hold a BBA from Texas Tech and a MBA from SMU. I am married to Kathy Tatom for 27 years and have 3 kids(Tate, Sayler, Emmy).
I am a big believer that you should have representation in buying or selling a ranch or farm and all the complicated tax and legal issues that can present themselves.
