Cheri Clampitt, born and raised on a farm in Colorado, has made the Rocky Mountains her home her entire life. Early in her career as a Real Estate agent she made the decision that it was her job to help people fall in love with a house and secure it as their future home. She began her Real Estate Journey in the Denver Metro area in 1997 where she spent three years selling homes and being the primary listing agent for two new construction subdivisions. In 2001 she moved north to the treasure state with her husband with the ambition to continue to sell Real Estate. She started her Montana real estate career working and in June 2006, she became a Broker. Cheris main goal as a Real Estate agent is to build customer relationships and help clients find their perfect home or property.
When Cheri is not spending time in the office she is often found spending time with her husband and two grown children, or perhaps playing with, and enjoying the company of her two dogs, camping, canning fresh vegetables grown in her garden, cooking delicious homemade meals, or skiing (both cross country and downhill) in the beautiful and snowy Montana Mountains.
Cheri specializes in residential, land, commercial, relocation, second home and new construction transactions.
