Dan Reddick has been licensed in real estate since 1992, and began his career with BHHS Montana Properties in May 2005. A licensed hunting and fishing guide since 1989 and licensed outfitter since 1997, Dan combines his love of the outdoors with his real estate business by specializing in rural recreational and agricultural properties. He also represents many custom home builders in the Gallatin Valley.
Dan credits his creative marketing strategies, resourcefulness and experience to his real estate success. He understands the market and can position his clients' property to stand out among other properties for sale. He also listens to his client's individual needs, and can help buyers understand all aspects of their real estate investment.
Dan has a bachelor's degree in business education with a minor in art education. He also has devoted 10 years in the Montana Army National Guard.
Dan is a member of the Bozeman Area Chamber Commerce, Belgrade Boosters, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Safari Club International, Bozeman Chamber of Commerce, Trout Unlimited, and the Montana Outfitters & Guides Association. He is also a member of the Gallatin, Montana and National Association of Realtors and is a member of the Southwest Montana Farm and Ranch Brokers Association.
Dan is a 5th generation Montanan. His ancestors were among the first homestead ranchers in what is now the Glasgow and Wilsall areas. Dan has lived in the Bozeman area since 1985 with his wife, a nurse manager at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital since 1989, and his three children, two daughters and a son. Dan plays an active part in his childrens interests. They are avid members of 4H in both Steer and Horse competitions. In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and fishing, and watching his children compete in a variety of sporting activities. Dan still guides elk hunters occasionally in the fall for both archery and rifle hunting seasons.
Dan specializes in fishing, horse property, hunting, land, log homes, new construction, relocation and rural transactions.
