Prior to joining Prudential Floberg I worked 26 years, 1985-2011, in the financial industry in community banking and financial services. I was in banking for 24 years during which time I managed a small town branch while being a full time lender. My position in banking required me to be proficient in all types of real estate lending. I have over 20 years experience in the origination, underwriting and selling of long term residential, commercial (including SBA) and farm/ranch loans (including FSA and FMAC). That experience along with teaming with my wife Stephanie, who has been an agent since 2003, gives our clients an edge in the market place. I am a native Montanan having been born and raised in the area that we call home. We raised our family in Columbus, which is an awesome area of southcentral Montana. Stephanie and I believe in giving back to the community and our involvement on both personal and business levels keeps us active and up to date in the local happening I love all that Montana has to offer.
