A lifelong local born and raised in Minturn, Co, Bobby Hermosillo comes from very humble and modest beginnings. As the oldest of three boys in a single-mother household, Bobby shares what drove him into Real Estate:

"As a child my mom often worked two jobs to make ends meet and I remember one of my mom's favorite things to do on the weekends was to load us up into the car and drive through Vail, Eagle Vail and Avon to look at all the luxury houses. She would dream out loud and talk about how she would decorate the home, and what she liked about them and disliked about them. I could see that in her mind she was dreaming about what it would be like to live in each and every one of the homes as we passed them by. Those memories, along with the desire to help people attain home ownership, are what drove me into the Real Estate business and those samememories are what continue to drive me to be the best I can be in this business."

Bobby has alsospent the last 17 years selling building materials to high-end clientele and contractors throughout the Vail and Aspen Valleys. This familiarity with the local markets gives Bobby a unique and in-depth expertise of those markets.

I love to connect with people of all different backgrounds and hear about whats important to them, what their dreams are, andwhat living in the Vail or Aspen Valley would mean to them. I have a love for both valleys, a love for the special lifestyle that comes with living in the Colorado high country, and I truly love to help people accomplish their dreams of home ownership in this amazing place we call home.
