Hello! My name is Melissa Mobley and I run with my boyfriend/business partner, Camden Barbusca, as the 406DreamTeam. We decided that both he and I make a pretty sharp pair! With his great ability on the tech side of business and my rather snazzy negotiating skills (among other skills - there are many, haha), we have become quite the successful team. I grew up on construction sites in PA, with my dad being a builder. My mother worked hand and hand with him all those years, becoming one of his better laborers. Through them I not only learned the value of hard work and working hard, but picked up insightful knowledge observing the process of one's home being built from the ground up. I have been a licensed Realtor in Montana since 2015. Before then working in many different industries trying to find where I was happy. I have a bachelors degree in Sociology, using it for a short time as a Behavior Specialist within the schools. I very much enjoyed the line of work and loved the children I worked with. Studying Sociology and working in the mental health industry changed my perception of Life in a multitude of positive ways. I am a mother to two beautiful, energetic and at times annoying little girls. Momma's you can relate! Ha! They grow up way too fast and working a 9-5 position just didn't allow me to spend the time I wanted to with my girls. I've always loved real estate, watching what was coming on and off the market years before I even thought of getting my license. So it dawned on me - manage my own time and do what I love. It was a no brainer. Not long after the thought I was licensed and hit the ground running. I haven't looked back. I love what I do. I love walking with my client's through these transactions, whether it's their first home or it's the 10th investment property. I love getting out in the Montana air, walking property lines, even when the snow is 3 ft. deep (I have good winter gear, ha!). I love getting on the phone, catching up with past clients hearing how they are enjoying their new home or venture. I love listening and learning through each new experience. I am finally happy with what I do on the daily. And it transcends through my clients and our overall experience. Buying or selling a home is a great transition in one's life and with it comes questions, challenges and growth. I am here to help, here to help make it an enjoyable experience with a rewarding outcome. We look forward to working with you.
