Monica is a native of NC, growing up in Charlotte but settling in Greensboro in 1989. Her husband Aaron, two daughters, Meredith & Jordan and two rescue Shih Tzu pups keep her constantly on her toes!
She has been involved in the housing industry since 1994, graduating from UNCG with BS in Interior Architectural Design. She has worked in several design offices and running her own design business since 2002, as well as working 12 years at the High Point Furniture Market as a Staging/Set Designer.
Obtaining her Real Estate license was a way to marry her design skills and the love of helping people find a place they can call home. Her number one goal is to give each and every client the up most customer service during the journey of home selling or buying from start to close. Her passion and hard work enables her to stay in the top 5% of the Realtors in the Triad areas, selling an average 34 homes a year, closing 8.7 million in production sales.
