After 13 years of teaching elementary school, I realized I was working very hard for little pay. I decided to make a career change into the Real Estate profession after seeing the market in our area shift upward from a downed economy. The mindset of listing in the Spring has been forgotten, and the market has remained strong over the past several years. If you're thinking about buying or selling, there is no better time than now! I have been very fortunate to be successful in this field. I started on a team with a top producer in our area, and went out on my own in 2015, then forming my own real estate firm in 2018. Some of my achievements include 2015 Rookie of the Year, with Winner's Circle designation that same year. In 2016, I was awarded Master's Circle designation and also the Outstanding Achievement Award for my increases in sales, listings and closed units. Current information on market statistics and keeping in constant communication is very important in this field, and is something I provide to all my clients. I am flexible, easy to work with, and will work hard to create a smooth transaction, whether it's buying your first home or selling your forever home!
