Cynthia Safrit has been representing homeowners and future homeowners in Beaufort and surrounding area for over 20 years. Her tremendous success is attributed to her dedication to her clients, hard work and bringing the best results to every transaction and situation! Her high level of repeat business is a true testament to client satisfaction, as her clients feel she has their best business at heart. Well respected by her peers and vendors, Cynthia was awarded the Carteret County Association of Realtors Production Award for 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Cynthia has resided in Beaufort for over 25 years, where she raised her two children. She lives in town with her dog Scout! Though her children are now grown and have moved away, they love to return to visit as often as possible to "smell the salt air" and get out on the water. They appreciate growing up in such a special small town and are proud to call Beaufort home!

Cynthia enjoys walking her dog through downtown Beaufort every day, spending time boating on the water, walking on the beach and on trails through our many parks.

Cynthia appreciates how fortunate we are to live among such natural beauty of our coast and immerses herself in the community where she lives and works! Her volunteer activities include serving on various boards such as The Penguin Plunge and the Beaufort Historic Association. She is a strong supporter of the NC Maritime Museum, Beaufort Wine & Food, NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, Beaufort Music Festival and is a Gold Sponsor of the Olde Beaufort Farmers Market.
