Growing up in the snow belt of Ohio, my husband Matthew and I jumped at the opportunity to relocate to Asheville in 2014. Having two school aged girls, I'm well-versed in all Asheville has to offer families. I'm up on pre-schools, youth sports, music and dance classes, dining, shopping, and medical services. Besides the mountain views, my husband and I are grateful for the amazing friends we've found in Asheville. I've personally experienced people eagerly welcoming and supporting new families to "the village." You can find me hiking with my family, cooling off at the pool after a hot stroll through one of the local farmers' markets, taking a TRX class at the YMCA, or baking a Rapunzel cake for my daughter's birthday.
