When my wife and I bought our first home in 2001 we went through the builder and although our townhouse was absolutely beautiful and we loved it, there were several steps along the way where we had questions that went unanswered or the time that passed between the question being asked and the information being provided to us just seemed unnecessary.

When we bought our second home in 2007, we bought an existing home and this time we used a Realtor. Well, truth be told, we had the same experience. So, when the opportunity arose for me to leave my current job and come home to be with our two kids I found myself trying to decide what I wanted to do with my life when it struck me; Real Estate!

What industry would offer me the flexibility to be a family man as often as possible while also allowing me to do what I have done in every job I have ever had? Help people. I get to assist people with making one of if not the biggest financial decisions of their lives. I get to help people moving from another state become familiar with what Charlotte has to offer and how far their dollars will go in an unfamiliar market. I get to help new families find more space and prepare for their families future. I get to help existing families prepare for downsizing when the kids go off to college. I get to help families reconnect when their parents or other family members look to move to the area. I get to help!

Real Estate is fast paced, never stagnant. But with that fast paced environment comes pitfalls for those who may be looking to buy or sell. The biggest one? Time! You have a job, you have a family, you have responsibilities that take away from your time to be able to look for that perfect house in the neighborhood you want. But what I can do is give back some of that time by setting up searches that fit your wants and needs. By telling you about the homes in that community that I have previewed. By sending you neighborhood info about areas you may be interested in. By putting you in touch with the information you need to make decisions about schools for your kids or your commute to work among other things. Where are the closest medical facilities, public transportation, highways, etc.

In a nutshell, as I am sure you can tell, I got into Real Estate to help people and I hope you will give me the opportunity to help you or someone you know. Thank you.
