I've lived in Chapel Hill for over 30 years, having moved here as an undergraduate at UNC-CH. My husband and business partner, Jay, and I have loved raising our three girls in Chapel Hill. We've been very involved over the years with the schools, kids' sports, various charitable organizations, and the Chapel Hill Country Club. I owned a successful appraisal business before switching to real estate full time many years ago.
