I grew up in Henderson County and graduated from Hendersonville High School. My mother was an organic market farmer throughout my childhood, which instilled a passion for old farms and raw land in me. During the warm months, I love to garden, hike the mountains, kayak the French Broad River and pick tunes on the porch. In the colder months, I head to the hills to snowboard the peaks and record songs in our home studio.My husband and I are both musicians and outdoor enthusiasts, and Madison County seemed like the perfect fit for us. The beauty of the scenery is accentuated by the wonderful community and rich history of this county. We fell in love with an 1890s log cabin that was moved log by log from South Carolina and re-built here, and have been proud to call it home since 2008. I have remodeled three houses in addition to our continued work on the cabin and have a knack for seeing the potential in fixer-uppers and the beautiful detailed touches in the luxury world.
Music has always been a very important part of my life. When I'm not hiking a property or showing a home, I am working in the music industry. My company, All Ears Entertainment, specializes in band, tour and studio management, as well as event and festival production. I have served on the board of Asheville Music Professionals (a 501c nonprofit) since 2015, which offers free educational workshops monthly.
