Assisting my clients in finding the home of their dreams is a privilege, and one that I sincerely enjoy and take very seriously. When it comes to selling a clients home, I strive to get full market value. I set my clients expectations by conducting a thorough market analysis. I specialize in the Moore County real estate marketincluding Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Whispering Pines, Aberdeen, Vass, Seven Lakes and West End. My experience in real estate has enabled me to assemble a team of knowledgeable and reputable lenders, builders, inspectors, and contractors. These valuable resources enable me to find a home that meets my buyers criteria, while ensuring it is move-in ready at closing. My clients are my first and highest priorityalways.
Being a military spouse of 20 years, I know the unique nature of military moves and the circumstances that military families, bachelors, and bachelorettes face due to relocation. I have assisted countless military families in buying and selling their homes, thereby minimizing the stress associated with frequent PCS moves.
Having 3 children of my own, I understand the impact that relocation has on children, and the concerns parents have when considering schools and communities. I have assisted multiple families in buying homes site-unseen, having a home built prior to relocation, closing while deployed, and coordinating for improvements, repairs, and maintenance after PCS, and in preparation for sale.
North Carolina has been my home since 2003, when I relocated from my home in Germany. I immediately enrolled in college and obtained an Associates degree, Bachelors degree in Business with honors, and a North Carolina Brokers License.
I take the complexity out of the home buying equation by minimizing the impact of relocation. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new families and establishing lasting relationships with my buyers and sellers. I believe that the buyer/seller/Broker relationship must be built on trust and respect.
