I am originally from Alexandria, Virginia. I have also lived in Georgia and North Carolina. After visiting Hilton Head for around ten years, Dan and I left North Carolina and moved to Bluffton in 2018.

My background includes a return to college after my children were in school, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University (2004).

I hold active real estate licenses in South Carolina, Virginia, and North Carolina. I have worked with traditional buyers and sellers, worked real estate auctions, and have worked with commercial and residential investors.

I am certified in Short Sales and Foreclosures, and also certified as a Pricing Strategy Advisor. I am also certified on Res.net.
