My family was one of the oldest to settle Fannin County. There is a book,two mountains,a creek and several local businesses named after them. Being raised in the is area that my family settled in the early 1800''''s I have grown up with the character and mountain charm that this lifestyle offers. Honestly, living in Blue Ridge is like stepping into a whole new world. One free of crime and hatred. Instead we experience innocent trust and generous gestures. I grew up in Real Estate as my Dad was one of the original builders in the area. I grew up with log home construction not to mention I was raised in a cabin so I consider mountain property and cabins to be my specialty. I am the founder of a very successful business, Adventure Trail Rides that helps people get to enjoy the mountains via horseback as I did growing up. The Blue RIdge area is booming to spite the gloomy economic struggles our Country has faced. The area has long been known for its fishing, golf, horseback riding and the train ride through the mountains. New quality shops are continuing to open, restaurant''''s continuing to thrive, and our way of life is continuing at its peaceful, joyful pace.
