After spending the first part of my career in Connecticut helping women reach their health and fitness goals, My husband and I moved back to the Southeast close to where we went to college. Between my longtime appreciation for decorating and art coupled with a strong desire to continue to help people one-on-one, I knew real estate would fulfill that. I grew up watching my father's 30+ years in the real estate and mortgage business and I'm honored to serve many of the wonderful home buyers and sellers in the Triad of North Carolina.
Initially I focused solely on working with home buyers and built my reputation navigating difficult deals by making the process seamless to my clients. Now with my seller clients I find that with the right amount of preparation before going on the market many homes are receiving multiple offers, this is because we spent the right amount of time and strategy getting each home ready.
My model is to listen first, understand my clients vision and goals and then offer the proper advice while working diligently through the process. Although most of my business is through referrals from happy clients, I would love to get to know you and see if we can work together to help you achieve your real estate goals.
Home Buyers:
I have had the pleasure of working with many first home buyers in the Triad and love being able to make their dreams a reality whether in new construction or a resale house. Every transaction is different, but they have all aligned with my clients goals. Whether you are exploring the process to buy your first home, or you are accustomed to the process, I will align my experience with your specific plan!
Selling your home:
My experience has shown me that the more we work together on a plan before we list your home, the faster it will sell and at its best value. The plan is a perfect mix of your vision and dreams and my expert advice, love of style and dcor for staging homes and the marketing support of Allen Tate.
Investing in Real Estate:
As a partner of multiple investors, I am always scouring the Triad for various property types. I keep my eyes on the market and whether it is a one-of-a-kind property or common investments, I can help you build your portfolio. If you have not invested, but are entertaining the prospect of real estate investments, lets chat as I would love to hear your vision and offer a professional perspective.
Relocating:
I have certainly been there and can help you get to know the area as we work together. The Triad is beautiful and there are many aspects of it that appeal to people moving in the area.

Veterans:
As the daughter of a Marine, thank you all for your service to our country. I would be honored to help Veterans and families of Veterans to buy a home. There are great resources available to you and we can discuss those together.
