A native of Greensboro, NC, Hunter is excited to search the familiar area with you while finding your new home. He and his wife, Erin Jarrett, enjoy exploring all parts of North Carolina in their Jeep, visiting local breweries and vineyards, finding anywhere with live music and, of course, cheering on the Carolina Panthers!

Hunter is a third generation Realtor, preceded by his grandmother and father. Jarrett Construction eventually led to Jarrett Realty, which was started by his grandmothers family. Since the closing of those businesses, his father transitioned to Allen Tate Realtors which gave Hunter every reason to begin his career with the best in the business.

Before entering real estate, Hunter was a professional luthier, building high-end, boutique guitars for many notable musicians as well as everyday, discerning customers. Because of his prior work, Hunter appreciates even the smallest of details. He understands that in order to nurture a quality product and a life long client, you have to look to the details: knowledge, trust, respect, passion, and most importantly, communication. Hunter is ready to take the skills he fostered in the music world and relay them to his clients needs in the real estate market.

I love real estate and the triad area! I eagerly look forward to working with you to find you and your family not just a house, but a home!

To discuss any of your real estate needs, please contact Hunter to schedule an appointment.
