I have 25 years of experience in the Real Estate industry selling over 130+ homes in the last 10 years. The first 10 years I spend in the rental industry when the interest rates were so high people could not afford to purchase so they rented. The market turned around and we experienced a housing boom , so I transitioned into the Sales industry and have achieved the following awards- Gold, Bronze, Platium, Elite President Club, and President Club awards every year selling over 8 million dollars in sales each year.

We moved to Florida three years ago and I became an Associate Broker with Watson Realty Corp, one of the largest real estate companies in the northeast with over 50 offices. My passion is having satisfied customers whether it is finding their dream home or selling their home to move on to a new chapter of their life. I service all St. Johns county and Duval county. I am a full time Realtor and will guide you all the way through the process from contract to close.

I am passionate since I was 18 years old with excessive and staying healthy and active. I moved down to Florida for the beautiful, sunny weather that allows me to spend a lot of time outside enjoying biking, hiking, walking and exploring new places in this beautiful state. I love to travel with our RV which allows us to take our two dobermans with us everywhere we go. I love to just be outdoors whether it is walking downtown or biking trails on the beach and through so many beautiful parks in Florida. After a long day we wind down at a restaurant and enjoy a glass of wine trying all the cultures Jacksonville and St Augustine has to offer.
