Jerry and I have been living in the RTP area for over 36 years. We are both from the Midwest. Jerry is from Milwaukee, WI and I am from Chicago, IL. Prior to real estate Jerry owned a commercial janitorial company for 22 years. I owned my own company, which provide residential painting and wallpapering. Before, I worked in the corporate world for many years. My last corporate position was as a purchasing agent for two different electronic companies. Jerry and I have 2 children and 5 grandchildren. We are owned by two Morkie Poos. Since we have moved to Holly Springs in 1997, we have seen this community grow by 4 fold or more. The amenities here are great as Holly Springs grows into a very attractive community.
