I have a bachelors and masters degree in accounting and business and I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Did you know that according to the National Association of Realtors only 12% of realtors have a graduate degree from college? Wouldnt you want to choose one of those 12% if you are investing a big portion or your nest egg?I know this industry as a participant as well as a real estate adviser. I have been a real estate investor myself since college. Since then I have completed a multitude of complex investment transactions of my own from 1031 tax free exchanges, large land tracts, commercial deals, and of course my fair share of residential condos and homes.Dont you want a real estate adviser that knows the area you are looking to buy in? Of course you do. I am a native and have lived in this area my entire life. I remember hangouts in this town that only locals in Charlotte would remember.
