Brenda has been in the real-estate and finance business for over 15 years. In 1995, she and her husband bought an undeveloped homestead on lake Glenville, North Carolina, and soon moved there full time.
In 2005, Brenda joined the Trillium Links and Lake Club team as a sales executive. Her natural affinity for people has given her an extensive network of friends and contacts in the area. Her background in finance and her personal experiences in relocating here make her a valuable asset to prospective buyers. Upon discovering Trillium, her own family immediately bought a membership.
Brenda became the owner and broker-in-charge of Trillium Land & Realty Company in 2014, specializing in properties in the Trillium Links and Lake Club community. Her office is there at the Trillium Sales Center and, as her family points out she pretty much lives there.
