As a 30+ year resident, Nancy has come to really know and deeply love coastal North Carolina. Shes excited to use her experiences acquired as a former educator, retired Navy wife, and long-term local resident to assist buyers and sellers in the real estate market here on the Crystal Coast.
She grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and attended Duquesne University graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. She relocated to Wilmington, North Carolina after graduation and attended UNC-Wilmington for her Masters degree in Reading Education.
Nancys lengthy experience as an educator and military spouse makes her uniquely positioned to help buyers and sellers fully understand the buying/selling process, especially within the military community. Military families share a bond created through shared experiences of military life. Nancy knows what its like to move around the world and will shepherd you through the process with the composure of a seasoned professional. Nancy is the creator and curator of the YouTube channel, NC COASTAL TEAM, which provides a fun and educational information about the Crystal Coast and the home buying process.
She and her husband, Jim, live on Emerald Isle and have 5 children ranging in age from 14-29 and are still happily married! She enjoys the outdoors. You might find her out on a trail, sitting on the beach, walking her dogs, taking a boat ride, or laying in her hammock reading a good book.
