I have lived in Coastal North Carolina since June of 2000 and The Southern Outer Banks (SOBX) IS MY "Adopted" HOME!!! I was raised traveling across America and I have lived from Hawaii to Maine, Florida to Washington and many places in between. "Blossom Where You Are Planted" was always the family motto and every move afforded me a hands on, real life understanding of the nuances, challenges and intricacies of MOVING!
My extensive knowledge of Real Estate is from a childhood filled with a selfless, loving and generous MOM who practiced Real Estate in 5 states after a Comprehensive career as a psychiatric Registered Nurse. I spent many an afternoon helping her study for Real Estate Exams, attending Open Houses and Assisting her in a Pre-Technology era to sell and list homes. I also spent hours of my "Bus Riding" childhood days, writing down For Sale By Owner (FSBO'S) for her to contact .......Real Estate and Design is in my Genes I believe!!! Additionally, I have previously held a Real Estate License in Hawaii.
Through a lifetime of moving, my family and I remodeled and flipped houses long before it was known as "flipping". With this hands on knowledge of real estate/construction/design I have a distinct and unique intuitive ability to provide comprehensive services for all your Real Estate needs. My additional long term career as an Interior Designer allows me to assist seller and buyers visualize possibilities and correct hindrances to properties.
