Pat Serkedakis joined Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston in 2008 after relocating to the Triangle from Atlanta, where he was a successful REALTOR.
Pat has been licensed and active as a real estate broker and is now a REALTOR Emeritus. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA and a real estate and urban development major. Pat is married to Jane, and they have two daughters: Brinkley, who lives and works in New Orleans with her spouse, Alicia Franck; Emily, her husband, Paul McAllister; and Lyra, their daughter. Pat is an avid sports fan, and Jane is at home in her garden. Both love good food and great wine. They have a rescue dog named Harvey, after the hurricane that brought her to the family.
