Prior to earning my Realtor licenses, and after studying in accounting, I worked in Custom new construction and remodeling in design & sales. I became a Graduate of Real Estate (GRI), Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Certified New Home Specialist, Residential Construction Certified (CNHS), Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist (CREDS), Strategic Price Specialist, Certified Investment (CIAS), and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). I attended local schools, spent many of summers at Kerr Lake boating, fishing, water sports and enjoying what nature has to offer. For the last 4 years I have supported the local Recreation by coaching a girls fast pitch softball team.
