As a very young man, Robert Briere had a vision of find the missing link that would open up a channel to fulfill his passion of helping others. In 1985, Robert realized what that passion and profession was when he obtained his real estate license in Montreal, Canada. He sold single family homes for 1 year and then specialized in Multi Family homes (4 to 100 units) for four years in Canada. Robert moved to Boston, Massachusetts where he continued to expand his wisdom and knowledge. He obtained his licenses as mortgage broker as well as real estate sales agent. He also owned a firm that purchased private notes at discount costs, reselling to investors. Four years later in 1992, Robert relocated to Phoenix, Arizona where he continued to sell apartment buildings and single family homes to buyers and investors. His formidable experience expanded to include Multi family properties, rehab properties, distressed properties, pre-foreclosures, and foreclosed properties. Robert had the opportunity to move to Raleigh, N.C. in 2003. A multi Residential Real Estate Broker, selling Bank owned properties (REO), short sales and single family residential homes and being a man of determination; Robert will go through whatever channels necessary to protect his clients interest.
