After graduating college at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Chad pursued a Real Estate career and wanted to follow in the footsteps of his family; three generations of Real Estate Investors who owned coastal property in Bald Head Island, Carolina Beach, Figure Eight Island, Holden Beach, Oak Island, Wrightsville Beach, Myrtle Beach SC. Chad truly has the professional experience that you need when you want to make the Coastal Carolina's your home. Chad has over 19 years of Property Management Experience in this area. He has sold and managed hundreds of residential homes since 2001, and Chad loves helping first time buyers achieve that financial milestone. He also has experience selling land, including residential home sites to entire Senior Living Home Developments. In 2003 Chad also started working in the Commercial Real Estate field, and has sold over One Hundred and Ten Million Dollars Production in NC and SC Development Land and Commercial Property. Chad has sold businesses like the Wrightsville Beach Boat & Car Wash, and also has Waterfront Properties that he can rent to you by the week, month or on a long term basis. What is your Dream?
