Most importantly, I am an experienced agent, selling full time in Wilmington for over 25 years. Because most of my business is referral based, I don't specialize in any one area, or any one price range. I am experienced selling Wrightsville Beach, Landfall and Forest Hills as well as serving first time buyers and investors. You will find me just as comfortable talking you out of a property that I think would be difficult to resell as I am helping you determine which neighborhood would be a good cultural fit. I am direct, honest and easy to be around.
As a listing agent I will market your property vigorously and provide you with weekly market updates. My goal is to maintain a manageable business that allows me focus on each client sufficiently. The simple fact is if listing agent has too many listings, you won't get much attention.
On a personal note, I am originally from upstate NY and Ohio, and I came south by way of Boston and DC. Prior to my career in real estate I worked as an account manager in the marketing and advertising industry. I am married to a wonderful man who was most recently CEO of Mondrian-Hall and Charrette; both multi-million dollar companies. My two children are currently in public high school, but have attended local private schools making me able to provide you some information on both.
I am a runner and cyclist and also love to cook. One day I would like to improve my tennis skills and spend more time with a vegetable garden.
