"Life Happens When you Make Plans!" I am a 30 year resident of Moore County and a Broker/Realtor for Sandhill Realty in Aberdeen, NC. My husband and I were blessed to raise our two sons in this beautiful community. We could not have been more pleased with their education and the environment our schools provided. We were fortunate to have an amazing support from our local church, teachers, coaches and neighbors. I encourage all parents contemplating a move to Moore County to visit all our communities, parks and most importantly our variety of school options public, private, religious and charter schools to find the perfect fit for your family. As a Realtor, I am only a part of this very important move. I've personally experienced many wonderful changes in Moore County over the past 30 years. It's an amazing time in NC as our entire state is also experiencing tremendous growth from an influx of buyers migrating from states throughout our country who also want to enjoy all the seasons and regions our State has to offer. Our local and state economy is greatly impacted by the wide spread population growth of both residential and commercial growth and new business starts. Our region also welcomes a steady flow of military families as they transition to the Moore County and surrounding counties. I've been fortunate to work with a variety of buyers and sellers including numerous military families and others from all walks of life. I offer a local perspective and knowledge base of the various municipalities and their infrastructures. I am an active member of the Mid Carolina & NC Regional Association of Realtors, NC Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. I've served in various roles throughout our county including Moore County Election official, Candidate Treasurer NC Senate race, Advisory Board Member and Steering Committee Member for the Town of Aberdeen, past Member of the Moore County Chamber of Commerce, Architectural Review Board Member for the Town of Foxfire Village, former Moore County School Teacher, Staff Support and Assistant, former Physician Credentialer and former Cost Accountant with Tyson Foods. I have thoroughly enjoyed various Volunteer opportunities and encourage others to get involved where they can to improve the lives of others in your local community. Many clients become dear friends and share their experience with others leading to a family of clients who I am so grateful to know. I thoroughly enjoy my work with first time and 2nd home buyers, sellers and retirees ready to start a new chapter and all our military making yet another move in their careers. My goal for each client whether buying or selling property is make their experience the best possible. I'll provide genuine and honest communications, market conditions and other pertinent information to aid clients with the proper tools for purchasing or selling real estate. I feel every client needs a Realtor who truly cares about their individual needs.
