As a proud North Carolina native, I know we have something special here in NC. Growing up, I had the privilege to live in many different states and overseas because of my fathers job. But without fail, we always came back home to Raleigh in between moves, reinforcing the special place it holds in my heart.
Everyones real estate journey is different, and everyone has their own reason for into getting into the industry. Mine started almost 25 years ago when I bought my first house. At the time, I was working as an emergency room/flight nurse and I vividly recall the invaluable support I received from my real estate agent invested, knowledgeable, caring, and always ready to answer questions. Her confidence and reassurance, coupled with genuine care for my needs and outcome, left a lasting impression. Little did I know then, the parallels between nursing and real estate would become apparent, shaping my decision to transition to this dynamic industry many years later.
I continued to buy and sell real estate- both personal and investment properties, especially those homes that needed a little extra love or remodeling. My journey took a serendipitous turn, leading me to my amazing husband who is a general contractor and owns a large remodeling company here in Raleigh.
When were not busy with clients, youll find me spending time with our friends and large family, painting, sitting on the beach, playing with our 4-legged fur baby, or checking off my travel bucket list with the hubby.
