After graduating in 2001 from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in business administration, Shannon joined her husband's family business and gained a wealth of knowledge in new construction and custom home building. She began selling real estate in 2007 and earned Rookie of the Year honors from the Pinehurst Southern Pines Area Association of Realtors in 2008. In 2009, Shannon was recognized as one of the top 20 individual Keller Williams agents in North and South Carolina.
